Description
The Baumer URDK 20N6914/S35A 10160230 is a high-performance ultrasonic sensor designed for precise distance measurement within a scanning range of 0 to 200 mm. It features a reflector position range of 40 to 200 mm with an adjustable operating range of ±2.5% and a limit range of ±5% of the reflector position. The sensor offers a repeat accuracy of 1.5 mm and is highly stable with a temperature drift of less than 2%. It responds quickly with a response time of less than 10 ms and a release time of less than 10 ms. Operating at a sonic frequency of 380 kHz, it includes a teach-in adjustment and a target indication flashing for easier alignment. The output is indicated by a green LED, and the sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC, consuming a maximum of 35 mA with no load. It supports an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with an output current of 200 mA and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, ensuring reliable operation. Housed in a rectangular polyester body measuring 20 mm in width, 42 mm in height, and 15 mm in depth, it connects via an M8 connector.
