Description

The Baumer UNDK 20N6912/S35A 10157539 is an ultrasonic sensor with a scanning range of 40 to 400 mm and a far limit scanning range of 60 to 400 mm. It features a typical hysteresis of 4% Sde and a repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm. The sensor has a temperature drift of less than 0.18% Sde/K and both response and release times under 25 ms. Operating at a sonic frequency of 290 kHz, it includes a Teach-in adjustment and a target indication flashing for alignment aid. The output is indicated by a green LED, and the sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC with a maximum current consumption of 35 mA. It supports an NPN make function (NO) output circuit with an output current of 200 mA and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. The sensor is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, housed in a rectangular polyester body measuring 20 mm in width, 42 mm in height, and 15 mm in depth.
