Description

The Baumer UNDK 10N8914/S35A is an ultrasonic sensor designed for precise distance measurement within a scanning range of 10 to 200 mm. It features a far limit scanning range of 30 to 200 mm and a typical hysteresis of 4%. The sensor offers high repeat accuracy of 0.5 mm and minimal temperature drift of less than 0.18% per Kelvin. With a response and release time of less than 15 ms and a sonic frequency of 380 kHz, it ensures quick and reliable readings. The sensor is equipped with a teach-in adjustment, target indication flashing for easier alignment, and a green LED output indicator. It operates on a 12 to 30 VDC supply, consuming a maximum of 35 mA with no load, and supports both NPN make (NO) and break (NC) functions with an output current of 200 mA. The sensor is designed with a rectangular, plastic (ASA) housing measuring 10.4 mm in width, 27 mm in length, and 14 mm in depth, and includes an M8 connector for easy installation.
