Description
Baumer OZDK 10P5101 10136501 is a diffuse contrast sensor with a sensing distance of 3 to 150 mm and an optimum operating distance of 20 to 40 mm. It can detect remission differences greater than 8% on grey surfaces and offers repeat accuracy of less than 0.2 mm at laser focus. The sensor features a pulsed red laser diode light source, with a wavelength of 650 nm and laser class 2. It has a fast response and release time of less than 0.05 ms. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with typical current consumption of 40 mA and a maximum of 50 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and has an output function for light/dark operation with a PNP output circuit. The sensor's compact design measures 10.4 mm in width, 27 mm in height, and 16.3 mm in depth, housed in plastic (ASA) with a PMMA front optics. It is equipped with a 4-pin, 2 m cable connection and is rated IP 65 for protection against dust and water, suitable for operating temperatures from -10 to +50 °C.
