Description
The Baumer OZDK 10N5101 10136502 is a diffuse contrast sensor designed for precise detection with a sensing distance ranging from 3 to 150 mm and an optimal operating distance of 20 to 40 mm. It features a pulsed red laser diode light source, with a laser class of 2 and a wavelength of 650 nm. This sensor offers high repeat accuracy of less than 0.2 mm at laser focus and a quick response time of less than 0.05 ms. It includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED as a light indicator. Sensitivity can be adjusted via a 5-turn potentiometer. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with typical current consumption of 40 mA and a maximum of 50 mA. It supports both light and dark operating modes with an NPN output circuit and can handle an output current of 100 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
