Description
Baumer OR18.ZI-NW1Z.71CV/B013 11157798 is an intensity difference sensor with a sensing distance of less than 300 mm. It features a pulsed infrared diode light source with a wavelength of 880 nm and a fast response time of less than 1 ms. The sensor is equipped with LED indicators for alignment or soiled lens (green) and output (yellow), and does not require sensing distance adjustment. It offers features such as suppression of reciprocal influence, short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC, with a typical current consumption of 30 mA and a maximum of 40 mA. It supports both light and dark operating modes through an NPN output circuit with a maximum output current of 100 mA. The cylindrical threaded design measures 18 mm in width and 44.8 mm in length, constructed from ABS TERLURAN plastic with a PMMA front optics.
