Description
The Baumer OR18.ZI-NW1P.71O/B005 11157801 is an intensity difference sensor with a sensing distance of up to 800 mm. It features a green LED for alignment or soiled lens indication and a yellow LED output indicator. The sensor's sensing distance can be adjusted via a 270° potentiometer. It utilizes a pulsed infrared diode light source with a wavelength of 880 nm and boasts a quick response and release time of less than 1 ms. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 30 VDC, with a typical current consumption of 30 mA and a maximum of 40 mA. It offers both light and dark operating modes and includes an NPN output circuit capable of handling 100 mA output current. The device is equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection. Its cylindrical threaded design measures 18 mm in width/diameter and 67.2 mm in height/length, constructed from ABS TERLURAN plastic with a PMMA front optics.
