Description

The Baumer OPDM 16P5103/S14 10119195 is a retro-reflective laser sensor equipped with a pulsed red laser diode. It offers a nominal range of 8.3 meters and an actual range of 7.5 meters, with repeat accuracy of 0.1 mm at laser focus. This sensor features a polarization filter and a flashing light indicator for alignment or soiled lens detection, along with a yellow LED light indicator. Sensitivity can be adjusted via a 270° potentiometer. It operates within a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a quick response time of less than 0.1 ms. The sensor includes PNP output function with light/dark operate modes, and it supports a maximum output current of 200 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The compact, rectangular design measures 15.4 mm in width, 50 mm in height and depth, and is made from die-cast zinc with a glass front.
