Description
The Baumer OHDK 10P5150/S35A 10164118 is a high-precision sensor with background suppression and a line beam version, designed for accurate object detection within a sensing distance of 22 to 130 mm. It features a pulsed red laser diode light source, laser class 1, and a wavelength of 650 nm, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The sensor offers a repeat accuracy of less than 0.2 mm at the laser focus and quick response and release times of less than 0.25 ms. It is equipped with mechanical sensing distance adjustment through a 5-turn dial and has a focus distance of 40 mm.
This sensor includes both light and dark operating modes with a PNP output circuit and can handle an output current of up to 100 mA. It provides robust protection features including short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection for the supply. The compact, rectangular design measures 10.4 mm in width, 27 mm in height, and 16.3 mm in depth, with a housing made of durable plastic (ASA) and a PMMA front optics.
