The Baumer OHDK 10P5101 10132110 is a high-precision background suppression sensor with a sensing distance ranging from 22 to 130 mm. It features a pulsed red laser diode light source, operating within a laser class of 2 and a wavelength of 650 nm. This sensor offers exceptional repeat accuracy of less than 0.2 mm at laser focus and quick response and release times of less than 0.25 ms. It is equipped with both light and dark operating modes and includes a mechanical, 5-turn adjustment for sensing distance. The sensor has a compact, rectangular design with dimensions of 10.4 mm in width, 27 mm in height, and 16.3 mm in depth, and is constructed from durable plastic (ASA) with a PMMA front optics. It supports a voltage supply range of 11 to 30 VDC and features efficient power management with a maximum no-load current consumption of 30 mA. Safety features include short circuit protection and reverse polarity protection.
