The Baumer OBDM 12N6940/S35A 10158756 is a high-precision optical distance sensor designed for window analysis with a sensing distance of 16 to 120 mm and a minimum teach-in range of 0.4 mm. It features a pulsed red laser diode light source, operating at a wavelength of 650 nm and a beam diameter between 0.2 and 0.5 mm. This sensor is equipped with a green LED for power indication and a red LED for output status, ensuring clear visibility of the sensor's state. It offers a fast response time of less than 1 ms and includes teach-in adjustment for easy setup.
The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 12 to 28 VDC and has a typical current consumption of 40 mA, with a maximum of 80 mA when no load is present.
