Description

The Baumer O200.ZR-GW1J.72NV/E026 11231246 is an intensity difference sensor with a sensing distance ranging from 20 to 200 mm and can recognize objects as small as 2 mm at 100 mm. It features a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED as an output indicator, which flashes when the lens is misaligned or dirty. The sensor offers both Teach-in and IO-Link options for sensing distance adjustment and includes suppression of reciprocal influence. It utilizes a pulsed red LED light source with a wavelength of 644 nm and has a quick response time of less than 0.25 ms with jitter under 0.06 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, it consumes a maximum of 40 mA at 10 VDC and typically 16 mA at 24 VDC. The output function can operate in light or dark conditions, and it features a push-pull output circuit with a maximum output current of 50 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's compact design measures 8 mm in width, 25.1 mm in height, and 15.8 mm in depth, with a smooth stainless steel sleeve for mechanical mounting and a durable plastic housing. It connects via a Flylead connector M8 4 pin and is suitable for harsh environments with an IP 67 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -25 to +50 °C.
