Description
The Baumer O200.GR.F-NV1Z.72CV/BX15 is a high-precision sensor with background suppression and a fixed focus, designed for detecting objects within a sensing range of 3 to 15 mm and a minimum recognizable object size of 0.05 mm at 10 mm. It features a pulsed red LED light source with a wavelength of 644 nm and a fast response time of less than 1 ms. This sensor operates without the need for sensing distance adjustment and includes features such as LED indicators for power and output status, and a flashing output indicator for alignment or lens soiling issues. It supports a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a low current consumption. The sensor is equipped with NPN complementary output, short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25 to +50 °C. It is housed in a durable plastic casing with a smooth stainless steel sleeve for mechanical mounting and is IP67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress. The sensor connects via a 2-meter, 4-pin PVC cable.
