Description

The Baumer O200.GP-PV1T.72NV/E022 11230665 is a background suppression sensor with a line beam version, offering a sensing distance of 20 to 120 mm and a sensing range of 3 to 132 mm. It can recognize objects as small as 8 mm at 60 mm distance. The sensor features a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for output status, with a flashing output indicator for alignment or lens soiling. It uses a pulsed PinPoint LED light source with a wavelength of 644 nm and has a response and release time of ? 2 ms. The sensor operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with typical current consumption of 16 mA at 24 VDC. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection, and offers both light and dark operating modes with PNP complementary output. The sensor is housed in a rectangular, plastic body with a smooth stainless steel sleeve for mechanical mounting, and is connected via a 200 mm long M8 4-pin flylead connector. It is designed to withstand harsh environments with an IP 67 protection rating and an operating temperature range of -30 to +50 °C.
