Description

The Baumer O200.GP-PV1T.72CV/H006_B005 11231207 is a high-performance sensor with background suppression and a sensing distance ranging from 20 to 175 mm. It features a point beam type with a pulsed PinPoint LED light source, emitting at a wavelength of 644 nm. The sensor is capable of detecting objects as small as 1 mm at 100 mm distance. It includes a green LED for power indication and a yellow LED for output status, with a flashing output indicator for alignment or lens soiling issues. The sensor offers quick response and release times of ? 0.5 ms and jitter of ? 0.12 ms, ensuring high accuracy and reliability. This model is equipped with qTeach for easy sensing distance adjustment and has features to suppress reciprocal influence. It operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a typical current consumption of 16 mA at 24 VDC. The sensor supports both light and dark operating modes with PNP complementary output circuit and includes protection against short circuits and reverse polarity. Designed with a compact, rectangular shape measuring 8 mm in width, 25.1 mm in height, and 15.8 mm in depth, the sensor is housed in durable plastic with PMMA optics and is mounted using threaded sleeves M3 made of stainless steel. It is IP67 rated for protection against dust and water ingress and can operate in temperatures ranging from -25 to +50 °C.
