The Baumer IFRM 12X9503 10235297 is a flush-mounted inductive sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 2 mm and a switching frequency of 2 kHz. It operates on a normal voltage of 8.2 VDC within a supply range of 5 to 30 VDC. The sensor features a low current consumption, with less than 4 mA when undamped and under 1 mA when damped, with a maximum of 10 mA with no load. It utilizes a NAMUR output circuit and can handle a residual ripple of less than 10% Vs. The sensor is designed with a cylindrical threaded brass nickel-plated housing, a PBT sensing face, and measures 12 mm in diameter and 30 mm in length. It includes a 2-meter cable for connections and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. Certified with ATEX 1G for explosive environments, it ensures safety and reliability. The sensor is also IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
