The Baumer IARM 12P15A3/S35L 11081447 is a flush-mounted, cylindrical threaded proximity sensor with a nominal sensing distance of 1.2 mm and an actual sensing range of 1.0 to 1.3 mm. It features a banking screw for secure installation and a temperature drift of ±10% of Sr at temperatures ranging from -25 to +50 °C, and -10% to +20% of Sr from -25 to +75 °C. The sensor's hysteresis is between 3% and 25% of Sr, ensuring reliable detection. It includes a 3-port red LED output indicator and operates at a switching frequency of 5 kHz. The sensor is powered by a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC and has a maximum current consumption of 12 mA with no load. It offers a PNP make function (NO) output circuit with a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC and an output current of 200 mA. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor is built from PBT for the sensing face and steel/hardened steel for the housing. It measures 12 mm in diameter and 56.3 mm in length, connects via an M8 connector, and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +75 °C. The sensor is IP 67 rated for protection against dust and immersion.
