Description
The Baumer FZDK 07P6901/KS35A 10151059 is an intensity difference sensor with a sensing distance of 20 to 150 mm. It features a flashing light indicator for alignment or soiled lens detection, and LED indicators for power (green) and output (yellow). The sensor offers a teach-in option for sensitivity adjustment and is equipped with suppression of reciprocal influence. It utilizes a pulsed red LED light source with a wavelength of 660 nm and boasts a quick response and release time of less than 0.5 ms. Operating on a voltage supply range of 11 to 30 VDC, it has a maximum no-load current consumption of 25 mA and a typical consumption of 20 mA. The output functions include light/dark operate with a PNP output circuit and a maximum output current of 100 mA. It also features short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor's compact, rectangular design measures 8 mm in width, 16.2 mm in height, and 10.8 mm in depth, with a housing made of durable plastic materials like PMMA, MABS, and PA. The front optics are also made of PMMA. It includes a flylead connector M8 4 pin with a 200 mm length. The sensor is IP 65 rated for protection against dust and water, and operates within a temperature range of -20 to +50 °C.
