Description
The Baumer FZAM 18N1150 10129020 is a cylindrical threaded sensor with a brass nickel-plated housing and a PC cover, featuring a pulsed infrared diode light source and a wavelength of 880 nm. It includes a yellow LED light indicator and a flashing LED for alignment or soiled lens detection. The sensor is adjustable via a 270° potentiometer and offers suppression of reciprocal influence. It operates with a response and release time of less than 1 ms, and is powered by a 10-30 VDC voltage supply, consuming a maximum of 45 mA with no load and typically 30 mA. The voltage drop is less than 1.8 VDC. It features an NPN output circuit with a light operate output function and supports an output current of 200 mA. Equipped with short circuit and reverse polarity protection, the sensor has dimensions of 18 mm in width/diameter and 50 mm in height/length.
