The Baumer FPDK 14P5111 11001202 is a retro-reflective sensor equipped with single lens optics and a pulsed red LED light source. It features a maximum actual range of 3.2 meters and a nominal range of 3.8 meters. This sensor includes a polarization filter and a flashing light indicator for alignment or soiled lens detection. It does not require sensitivity adjustment and operates with a wavelength of 660 nm. The sensor is designed to suppress reciprocal influence and offers a quick response and release time of less than 1 ms. It operates within a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a typical current consumption of 20 mA and a maximum of 25 mA. The output function can be set to light or dark operate, and it includes a PNP output circuit with a maximum output current of 100 mA. Safety features include short circuit and reverse polarity protection.
