Description
Baumer FEAM 08P1002 10219153 is a through beam sensor designed as a receiver with an actual range of 2.5 m and a nominal range of 3 m. It features a flashing light alignment/soiled lens indicator and a red LED light indicator. This model does not allow for sensitivity adjustment and has a response time of less than 2.5 ms. It operates on a voltage supply range of 10 to 30 VDC, with a typical current consumption of 24 mA and a voltage drop of less than 2 VDC. The output function is light operate with a PNP output circuit and an output current of 100 mA. It includes short circuit and reverse polarity protection. The sensor has a cylindrical threaded design with dimensions of 8 mm in width/diameter and 59 mm in height/length, and is made from brass nickel-plated housing with a PC front optics. It connects via a 3-pin, 2 m cable and operates within a temperature range of -25 to +65 °C. The sensor is rated IP 65 for protection against dust and water ingress.
